Dr. Hour is one of the most competent, compassionate, respectful, and sincere doctors I've ever had. To me, that's the most ideal and perfect combination of character traits for someone in his profession, which, alas, seem[s] to be lacking in many physicians nowadays. Unlike others where a patient is made to wait for hours to see their doctor–only to be afforded at most, ten minutes of actual interaction, I never feel rushed or in an assembly line clinic whenever I visit with him. He makes and takes time to examine and discuss my condition. There ought to be more doctors, especially specialists, like Dr. Billy Hour.

Dr. Shah is a brilliant doctor. Honest, considerate, and careful. He gives researched opinions and is available and dependable.

Dr. Abdeen spends time with you. Doesn't rush you. Explains everything in regards to your condition and blood work-up. Very friendly!

Dr. Haggiagi has a very warm manner, explains the condition, and answers questions clearly.

Several years ago Dr. Shah took me as a new patient, when others weren't, after my previous Nephrologist retired. His knowledge and compassion were made immediately known. As a lifelong type 1 diabetic, Dr. Shah is so different from other specialists who want to treat you from a textbook versus actually listening to you and understanding how your illness affects your day-to-day life. With Dr. Shah, I control my kidney disease, it does not control me. Additionally, his front desk staff is great.

Dr. Hour listens and considers your unique history. He is patient and spoke to me at the appropriate level of understanding, unlike many doctors who talk down to you. He was very intelligent and is working with me to help get my very-resistant blood pressure under control.

Dr. Shah is very clear in communication and was willing to help me understand the details of my disease. He explained his prognosis clearly, which encouraged me to participate just as completely. He has a good bedside manner and treated me as a friend.
